Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is dealing with legal battle against Paul Ceglia, the man who claims he owns half of Facebook, and is now being explained in animated video below.
Apparently, reports said emails from some seven years ago between Mark Zuckerberg and Paul Ceglia showed that allegedly, the two were discussing about the design and business plan for Facebook.
As being claimed by Paul Ceglia, he hired Mark Zuckerberg in 2003 to do a coding work for a company called StreetFax, who later invited him to invest in Facebook.
Allegedly, Ceglia invested $1,000 in Facebook in 2003, for an exclusive right a 50-percent share in the company, plus an extra 1 percent stake for each day that Facebook was not online beyond January 1, 2004.
But as explained in the animated video, Facebook insisted that the alleged emails were fabricated and not authentic, in contrast to the claim of Ceglia.
